Painful day

Today is a painful day. Endured backpain throughout the whole day. No idea what I did to incur the pain. The pain makes me really irritated.. The pain makes me feel naesous. Walk pain, sit pain, stand pain, bend pain, straighten pain. Wah lao! Then what should I do? See doc. Ya, I did. But still pain. Of course I know, doc ain't miracle healer.

Hope the pain will fade...
